Face Feelosophy™ is available on our online store.

Once your order has been carefully packed and shipped, you will receive an email confirming the tracking number and the transport service used to be able to track your parcel online. Untracked postage is an uninsured delivery service and won’t have tracking information. Tracked postage means the package is tracked though to delivery.

Once you have confirmed your online order and received your order number, you are not able to add to your order or make any further changes. If you decide to order additional products and your order does not qualify for free shipping you may be charged a shipping fee.

Your payments can be made securely by using credit cards (Visa and MasterCard) or PayPal (Visa, MasterCard and American Express).

You will receive an email confirmation. Please ensure you check your junk mail or spam folders.

We make every effort to dispatch online orders within 24 hours but there may be a delay if you place your order on a weekend or a public holiday. Delivery times will depend on where you live. Please see the shipping tab for more detail.

After your order is placed, you will receive your order number. If you have elected for tracked shipping, you will also receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track the progress of your parcel. If you made an account you can also view these details here. If you have any questions about the progress of your order please contact info@facefeelosophy.com and one of our friendly team members will be more than happy to assist you.

You may change or cancel your order within 24 hours, as long as it has not yet been dispatched from our premises. If your order has not been dispatched but payment has been processed, we can change the order or place a full refund to your credit card. Please contact us ASAP at info@facefeelosophy.com to avoid disappointment.

To purchase a product online, simply go to the shop page and find your preferred product.

  • Click on the product you want
  • Select quantity (and colour if applicable)
  • Click on Add to Cart
  • You will then be automatically redirected to the cart page
  • If you would prefer to continue shopping simply navigate back to the shop page
  • Alternatively you can hover over the shopping cart icon in the top right hand corner on the website for a shopping cart preview
  • When clicked this icon will also take you through to the cart page
  • Once you are on the cart page and are happy with your order click the “Proceed to Checkout” button
  • When you are on the checkout page enter your billing address
  • Choose your shipping and payment method
  • Click on ‘Place Order"
  • A confirmation email will be sent to your email address provided
  • Soon you will receive a happy package in the mail!
